Payment & Cancellation Policy: 

Payment We Accept Visa/Master Card,  Email Transfer, or Cash only Remaining Balance in Cash at time of arrival after the job is done.

We require a minimum of %50 upfront to reserve your appointment. 
This is required for us to book your date and time.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment (72 hours if you are booking more than one animal). 
This allows us time to try to book a replacement for your vacated appointment.

"No Shows": In the event of cancellations received less than 24 hours (or 48 hours for a multi-pet appointment) prior to your appointment or "no shows", we reserve the right to add a $50.00 service fee.  

Cancellation Policy:
We Do NOT Accept E-Mail Cancellations All Clients Must Call in order to Cancel Booked Appointment at 705.888.4799.
Spears & Shears Pet Grooming requires 48 hour advanced notice to change or cancel an appointment. 
Failure to give 48 hour notice will result in a $50.00 fee. 
Giving advanced notice gives us the opportunity to fill your time slot and rearrange our schedule. 
No Show, when we arrive for a scheduled appointment and no one is available or client refuses our service a $50.00 cancellation fee per pet will apply and must be paid one month to the date of the cancelled and not rescheduled appointment. 
There will be a $25 late fee applied to the bill for every month that the client does not pay the cancellation fee. Any unpaid charges may result in Collections or Small Claims Court; there is no Minimum owed for small claims. 
Spears & Shears Mobile Pet Grooming will seek and request all expenses, including court costs, and investigations costs that may be involved in collecting any unpaid charges Spears & Shears Mobile Pet Grooming Reserves our Right to use an online reverse phone number search "People Search / Background Check" for valid billing information on persons responsible for unpaid charges.
